የቢቢሲ (BBC) የዜና ወኪል እንደዘገበው፣ የኢትዮጵያው ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አሕመድ በሞስኮ በተካሄደው የሩሲያ-አፍሪካ ጉባኤ ላይ ኢትዮጵያ የመጀመሪያውን ዙር 12 የ Su-35 ተዋጊ ጄቶች መረከቧን ይፋ አድርገዋል። ሮይተርስ (Reuters) የዜና ወኪል በበኩሉ የሩሲያ የመንግሥት የጦር መሳሪያ ላኪ ተቋም (Rosoboronexport) መግለጫን ዋቢ በማድረግ እንደገለጸው፣ ይህ ግዢ የተፈጸመው ከ 4 የ S-400 ሚሳኤል ባትሪዎች ጋር በጋራ ነው።

ቀደም ባሉት ዓመታት የግብፅ ሚዲያ አውታሮች በዓባይ ግድብ ላይ ድንገተኛ የአየር ጥቃት የመሰንዘር አማራጮችን በተዘዋዋሪ ሲያነሱ የነበረ ቢሆንም፣ አሁን ባለው የኢትዮጵያ ዘመናዊ ትጥቅ ግን ማናቸውም የግብፅ የአየር ጥቃት ሙከራ ራሱን የማጥፋት ያህል አደገኛ እንደሆነባቸዉ ተንታኞች ይስማማሉ።

4. የግብፅ ቀጣይ እርምጃ፣ የቻይናው ቪቶ (J-10C) እና የአሜሪካ ቁጣ  

በሩሲያ መከዳቷንና ያዘዘቻቸው ጄቶች ወደ አዲስ አበባ መጓጓዛቸውን የተረዳችው ካይሮ፣ አሁን ላይ ፊቷን ወደ ቤጂንግ አዙራለች። ሚሊተሪ ዎች ማጋዚን (Military Watch Magazine) እንደዘገበው፣ ግብፅ የቻይናውን J-10C የጦር ጄት ለመግዛት ድርድር እያደረገች ሲሆን፣ በቅርቡም በ2026 (እኤአ) የቻይና አየር ኃይል ጄቶች በግብፅ ወታደራዊ ማረፊያ ላይ በመገኘት የጋራ ልምምድ አድርገዋል። ግብፅ ይህንን የቻይና ጄት የምትፈልገው የቻይናውን ገዳይ የረጅም ርቀት PL-15 ሚሳኤልን ለማግኘትና የአሜሪካን የተፅዕኖ ጫና ለመስበር ነው።

ዋሽንግተን ግብፅን ከቻይና መስመር ለማስወጣት የላቁ የ F-15EX ጄቶችን ለካይሮ የመሸጥ አማራጭ ማባበያ እያቀረበች ቢሆንም፣ የግብፅ እና የቻይና ስምምነት ልክ እንደ ሩሲያው ውል በአሜሪካ ከፍተኛ ጫና የመሰረዝ ወይም የመቀዝቀዝ ዕድሉ ከፍተኛ መሆኑን የውጭ ጉዳይ ምሁራን ይናገራሉ።

ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ እንዳሉት ይህ የመጀሪያው ዙር ርክክብ ነው። ግብፅ ከራሺያ ልትገዛ የነበረው ወደ 30 የሚጠጋ ጄቶችን ነበር። ይህም ማለት ኢትዮጵያ አሁን ገቢ ያደረገችው የግብፅን ግማሽ ያህሉን ነው። ምንም እንኳን በይፋ ባይገለጽም ቀሪዎቹ ጄቶች በሁለተኛው ዙር ርክክብ ወደ ኢትዮጵያ እንደሚመጡ አንዳንድ የሚሊታሪ ተንታኞች ይናገራሉ።

Egyptian military analysts and the country’s news outlets, such as Masrawy, have expressed great shock, highlighting that the jets arriving in Ethiopia are the exact same aircraft Egypt had ordered back in 2018 but was forced to cancel due to Washington’s diplomatic pressure and threats to cripple Cairo’s economy.

Nonetheless, military analysts widely suggest that Egypt, which cannot breathe without the U.S., will eventually accept whatever America dictates sooner or later.

As Prime Minister Abiy stated, this is only the first round of delivery. Egypt was originally going to buy nearly 30 jets from Russia, meaning that what Ethiopia has taken delivery of now is about half of Egypt’s batch. Although it has not been officially declared, some military analysts say that the remaining jets will come to Ethiopia in a second round of delivery.
