Susanne Rice: She is an American and Not an Ethiopian
Rice is just talking loud, concerning the Ethiopian regime since 1991, what the American administration was thinking and playing all these years; and perhaps in the near future too. Actually Mrs Rice should have been charged by her own administration for betraying a “state-secret”. And we, on the contrary, – to be cynic – have to be grateful and should at the latest now, anticipate who is Friend and None in our endeavor for Change! “አህያውን ፈርቶ ዳውላውን” አንሁን!
So my simple advice, if you have the Big Picture – Ethiopia – as your perspective and want to make a difference in politics, look at them in their role, their being and becoming. If they fail in their becoming don’t get surprised, and YOU, on the other hand just go further in your making a difference by your concerned engagement, without possibly antagonizing them (semi-friends or for that matter all the becoming ones).
