ካለፈው ሰኞ ጀምሮ ለአንድ ሳምንት ያህል የዓለም ባንክ በተለይ ከሲቪል ማኅበረሰቦች ጋር ሲያካሂድ የነበረው ስብሰባ “በመፈንቅለ ዓለም ባንክ” ተጠናቅቋል፡፡ ኢትዮጵያን በተለያዩ ዓለምአቀፋዊ መድረኮች በመወከል ድምጻቸውን የሚያሰሙት ኦባንግ “በመፈንቅሉ” ከተሳተፉት የዓለም ሲቪል ማኅበረሰቦች መካከል ብቸኛው ኢትዮጵያዊ ነበሩ፡፡
የዓለም ባንክ ስለሚሰጠው ብድርና ዕርዳታ በተመለከተ ሊያካሂድ ያሰበው የፖሊሲ ለውጥ ሰነድ አፈትልኮ ከወጣ ጀምሮ በርካታ በሰብዓዊ መብቶች ላይ የሚሟገቱ ዓለምአቀፍ የሲቪል ማኅበረሰቦችን ያስቆጣ ሆኗል፡፡ የፖሊሲ ለውጡ ግልጽነትና ተጠያቂነት በሌለው መልኩ ለታዳጊ አገራት ብድር ከመስጠት ባለፈ በተለይ አምባገነናዊ አገዛዝ በሰፈነባቸውና አገዛዞቹንም ለሚደግፉ ድርጅቶች ያለአንዳች ቅድመ ሁኔታ ገንዘብ መስጠትን የሚፈቅድ ነው፡፡
በዚህ አሠራር መሠረት ማንኛውም ከፍተኛ ኢንቨስትመንት ለማድረግ የሚፈልግ ድርጅት ወደ አንድ ታዳጊ አገር ለመሥራት በሚፈልግበት ጊዜ ባንኩ ምንም ዓይነት ቅድመ ሁኔታ ሳይጠይቅ ብድር ይፈቅድለታል፡፡ ሆኖም ድርጅቱ በዚያ ታዳጊ አገር ላይ የሰብዓዊ መብቶችን በመርገጥ፣ ከአምባገነናዊ ሥርዓቶች ጋር በመመሳጠር የፈለገውን ሕገወጥ ድርጊት ቢያከናውን የሚጠይቀው አይኖርም፤ ይህም እንደ ቅድመ ሁኔታ ተቀምጦ ብድሩን አያስከለክለውም፡፡
ለምሳሌ፤ መሬት ያለአግባብ ቢነጥቅ፣ ነዋሪዎችን ከቦታቸው ቢያፈናቅል፣ ለስደት ቢዳርግ፣ ህጻናትን በሥራ በማሰማራት “ባርነት” ቢያካሂድ፣ … ማንኛውንም ሰብዓዊ መብቶችን የሚረግጥ ሥራ ቢሰራ ለኢንቨስትመንት እስከተንቀሳቀሰ ድረስ ባንኩ ተጠያቂ አያደርገውም፤ ብድርም አይከለክለውም፡፡ ይህ አሁን ባንኩ ካለውና በበርካቶች ከሚተቸው አሠራሩ እጅግ መረን የለቀቀ ነው፡፡
የብሪክሶችን (BRICS – Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) አሠራርና አካሄድ ለማክሸፍ የተነጣጠረ ነው የተባለለት ይህ የዓለም ባንክ ፖሊሲ ለውጥ ከ750 በላይ ዓለምአቀፍ የሲቪል ማኅበረሰቦች ተቃውመውታል፤ አሠራሩ እንዲቀየርም የማሻሻያ ፖሊሲዎችን ነድፈው አቅርበዋል፤ ለሳምንት ያህል በተካሄደው ስብሰባ ላይ ለባንኩ አመራሮች ገለጻ አድርገዋል፡፡
ገና ከጅማሬው በስብሰባው ላይ በመገኘት የኢትዮጵያውያንን ድምጽ በብቸኝነት ሲያሰሙ የነበሩት የአዲሲቷ ኢትዮጵያ የጋራ ንቅናቄ ዋና ዳይሬክተር አቶ ኦባንግ ሜቶ ለጎልጉል የድረገጽ ጋዜጣ በስልክ በሰጡት አስተያየት ሳምንት የፈጀውን ስብሰባ አስረድተዋል፤ እርሳቸውም ከመሬት ነጠቃ ጋር በተያያዘ ህወሃት/ኢህአዴግ እንደ ካሩቱሪ እና የሼኽ አላሙዲ ሳውዲ ስታር መሰል የንግድ ድርጅቶች ጋር በመመሳጠር በኢትዮጵያ እያደረሱ ያሉትን ግፍ ከበርካታ ማስረጃዎች ጋር የሲቪል ማኅበረሰቡ አባላት በተሰበሰቡበት ለባንኩ ከፍተኛ ኃላፊዎች በዝርዝር አስረድተዋል፡፡
“የኢትዮጵያ ተወካይ የለም” እየተባለ በሚገመትበት ቦታ ሁሉ በብቸኝነት አገራቸውን በመወከልና የአገራቸውን ጉዳይ ለዓለምአቀፍ መድረክ በማቅረብ በቀዳሚነት ስማቸው የሚጠራው “ጥቁሩ ሰው” ኦባንግ ሜቶ በኢትዮጵያ የሚካሄደው “የመሬት ነጠቃ” ሳይሆን “የህይወት ነጠቃ” ነው በማለት ተሰብሳቢውን የሲቪል ማኅበረሰብ ኃላፊዎች ያስደመመ፤ የባንኩ ባለሥልጣናትን አፍ ያስዘጋ መግለጫና ማብራሪያ በሳምንቱ የስብሰባ ቀናት ማቅረባቸውን ጎልጉል ያነጋገራቸው አንድ የሕንድ ሲቪል ማኅበረሰብና መቀመጫውን ሰሜን አሜሪካ ያደረገ የአካባቢ ጥበቃ ተንከባካቢ ድርጅት ተወካዮች ተናግረዋል፡፡
የስብሰባው መጠናቀቂያ ቀን በነበረው ቅዳሜ ዕለት የሲቪል ማኅበረሰቦቹ ባንኩ በተግባር ላይ ሊያውል ያሰበውን ፖሊሲ ባቀረቡት የማሻሻያ ነጥቦች መሠረት የማይቀይር ከሆነ ስብሰባውን ረግጠው እንደሚወጡ በኢሜይል በላኩት መልዕክት ገልጸው ነበር፡፡ በዚህም መሠረት ከ750 በላይ የሲቪል ማኅበረሰቦች ኃላፊዎች እንዲሁም የባንኩ ከፍተኛ ባለሥልጣናት በተገኙበት የመጨረሻ ቀን ስብሰባ ተቃሟቸውን እንዲያሰሙ ከተመረጡት መካከል ኦባንግ አንዱ ነበሩ፡፡ እርሳቸውም ከተናገሩት ውስጥ ባንኩ ግልጽነትና ተጠያቂነት በሌለው መልኩ፤ ስለ ሕዝብ የሚከራከሩ የሲቪል ማኅበረሰቦች እንዳይኖሩ በሕግ በተከለከለበት እንደ ኢትዮጵያ ዓይነት በህወሃት/ኢህአዴግ የተፈጠሩ የሃሰት “ሲቪል ማኅበረሰቦች” ባሉበትና እነርሱ በሚሰጡት የአንድ ወገንና አገዛዙን የሚደግፍ መረጃ ላይ በመመርኮዝ ባንኩ የሰብዓዊ መብቶችን እንዲረገጡ በመፍቀድ ፖሊሲዉን ለመቀየር የሚያደርገው አካሄድ የሚወገዝ መሆኑን በአጽዕኖት መናገራቸውን ለጎልጉል ገልጸዋል፡፡
የሲቪል ማኅበረሰቡ በገባው ስምምነት መሠረት የመጨረሻ ተናጋሪ ህንዳዊው የሲቪል ማኅበረሰብ ተወካይ
ሶምያ ዱታ ነበሩ፡፡ እርሳቸውም የሲቪል ማኅበረሰቡን ድምጽ የሚወክል የተቃውሞ ጽሁፍ በንባብ አሰምተዋል፡፡ በንግግራቸውም ባንኩ የበርካታ ሕዝቦችን መብት የሚገፍፉ “የልማት” ተግባራትን ሲካሂድ እንደቆየ በመጥቀስ እንዲህ ያለውን አሠራር የሲቪል ማኅበረሰቦቹ ቢቃወሙም እስካሁን የተለወጠ ነገር አለመኖሩን ተናግረዋል፡፡ ሲቀጥሉም ከዚህ አልፎ አሁን ደግሞ የአሰራር ለውጥ በማድረግ እጅግ በርካታ የዓለማችን ሕዝቦች የበለጠ ስቃይና መከራ እንዲደርስባቸው ባንኩ የፖሊሲውን ለውጥ እንዳያደርግ ሲወተውቱ መሰንበታቸውን አስረድተዋል፡፡ ሆኖም ለዚህ ሁሉ ውትወታ ባንኩ ጆሮ ዳባ ማለቱ እነዚህ ሁሉ በተሰበሰቡት ከ750 በላይ የሲቪል ማኅበረሰቦችና በሺዎች እነርሱ በሚወክሏቸው ስም የባንኩን ረቂቅ የማይቀበሉ መሆናቸውን ይፋ አድርገዋል፡፡ በመጨረሻም የሕዝባቸውን መብቶች ለማስከበር ከዓለም ጋር እንጂ ከባንኩ ጋር እንደማይቆሙ በመናገር በውጭ ያሉትን በሺዎች የሚቆጠሩ ሰላማዊ ሰልፈኞች ለመቀላቀል ስብሰባውን ረግጠው እንደሚወጡ ይፋ አደረጉ፡፡
ቀጥሎም ጥቁር የተቃውሞ ሸሚዞቻቸውን በመቶዎች የሚቆጠሩት የሲቪል ማኅበረሰብ ተወካዮች በማሳየት ስብሰባውን አንድ በአንድ ረግጠው በመውጣት “መፈንቅለ ዓለም ባንክ” የተባለለትን ትዕይንት አሳዩ፡፡ ስብሰባውን የሚመሩት የዓለም ባንክ ከፍተኛ ባለሥልጣናትም በተከሰተው ትዕይንት ስብሰባውን መቀጠል ባለመቻላቸውና ሁኔታዎች ከቁጥጥር ውጪ በመሆናቸው ወሳኝ የነበረውን የዕለቱን ስብሰባ በይፋ ለመሰረዝ ተገድደዋል፡፡
ህንዳዊው በንባብ ያሰሙት ሙሉ ቃል እንዲህ ይነበባል፡-
It is nearly 3 years that you started this current review of your safeguards on Bank investments. Affected communities and their support groups and many other CSOs from all over the world seriously & sincerely engaged with this and provided enormous amount of inputs about how the safeguard policies must be strengthened to ensure real protections for people and the planet.
Over these years, large sections of the people in poorer and developing countries faced the many threats from increasingly aggressive industrialization and extraction of ‘natural resources’, ever-more forceful evictions and land-grabs, dilution of labor rights & informalization, rapidly rising privatization of commons, discrimination against various marginalized communities. Many of these were funded partly by the World Bank Group, where affected people looked for some basic minimum levels of protection, through the instrument of safeguards and expected improvements. We have watched with rising concern that your new ‘safeguard’ proposals betrays these expectations and represent the opposite.
Instead of ensuring protection of vulnerable communities and the project affected people, your draft proposes dismantling of even existing protections that have been built over decades of hard work, hard won protections that people have fought and died for.
We cannot remain mute spectators of this regressive journey and must convey to you the rising frustration and anger amongst the many communities that are facing these impacts from Bank supported projects, and also within many people’s movements and supporting civil society groups, collectives and networks from around the world.
Even during the past few days of deliberations, we have watched with increasing dismay – the increasingly insensitive responses to the passionate appeals by cornered and distressed communities affected by bank supported projects.
We have watched the urgent pleas from our brothers and sisters from Guatemala and Cambodia – for minimum protection from rampant human rights abuses, being met with hawkish response like “not possible’. We were frustrated by the cold shouldering of the sufferings of thousands of affected families of religious minorities from the western fringe of India, even after the confirmation by your own audit mechanism, of violations of performance standards and massive impacts. And these are just a few examples.
We are also alarmed by the rising talk of the Bank venturing into riskier investments, coming from as high positions as the President! Hundreds of organizations of indigenous peoples and forest dwellers are terribly concerned with the proposed ‘opt out’ clause, and the dilution of protection hitherto given to biodiversity rich and protected areas. You also propose to venture into uncharted territory of biodiversity offsets! These are gambles more suited to a venture capital fund, not fit for a “Development Bank”, and the people of the world cannot allow this to happen.
We, the hundreds of people’s movements and organizations present here from around the world, and the many thousands we represent back in our countries, are rejecting this current draft of safeguards. The protections you now seek to dismantle, the safeguards that we fought for over decades – do not belong to you, they are not yours to throw away, they belong to the world and its vulnerable people.
In our engagements here, we have also heard a handful of saner voices from within the bank, and urge them to fight inside the system, for protecting the very rights they themselves enjoy – also for the people and communities around the world facing potential threats from this proposed dilution of protections. We strongly believe this protest action that we were compelled to take, will strengthen those voices and create a better environment for creating a really progressive safeguards policy. This will be in the interest of the bank itself, as well as for the entire world.
That is why we are forced to take this action now and join our partners in the protest outside. Today we are going out of this consultation, to defend the safeguards and to stand with the World and against the Bank that is trying to destroy it! We sincerely hope that this will help a better tomorrow, within & outside.

በመጀመሪያ ከልብ የመነጨ የከበረ ሰላምታዬን አቀርባለሁ። በዕውነተኛ ስሜት በቅንነት የሕግን የበላይነት በኢትዮጵያ ለማስፈንና ሁሉም ዜጋ ሰብዓዊ መብቱን በግሉና በጋራ እንዲያስከብር ያላሰለሰ የሞት ሽረት ትግል እንደምታደርግ(ፖለቲካዊ አገላለፅ አይደለም)ማንም ኢትዮጵያዊ በግልፅ ያውቃል።ለዚህ ጥረትህ ደግሞ ሙገሳ ሳይሆን የተነሳህበት አላማ በመሆኑ በግንባር ቀደም ከተሰለፉት የሰብዓዊ መብት ታጋዮች ጋር ከዓላማህ ለመድረስ እልህና ትዕግስት አስጨራሽ እንቅስቃሴ ስታደርግ በመገናኛ ብዙሃን እሰማለሁ አያለሁ።ዕድለኛ ሳልሆን ቀርቼ በግንባር አይቼህ አልውቅም፤አንድቀን የእግዚአብሔር ፈቃድ ሆኖ ግን በአላማ አንድነት ምክንያት ያገናኘን ይሆናል።ወደ ተነሳሁበት ርዕስ ስመጣ በተለይም በውጭ የምንኖር ኢትዮጵያውያን ሰዎች ለምን ለድጋፍ ወይም ለተቃውሞ ስንጠራ ልንሰባሰብ አንችልንም???የእኔ አሰተያየት በጣም የተለየ ነው። ላንተ ወንድሜ ላካፍልህ ወደድኩ። እነሆ!!
መጀመሪየ ለአንድ ነገር ድርጊት እና አፈፃጸም ከመነሳችን በፊት ሁለት ነገሮችን መሰረት ማድረግ አለብን ብዬ ማመን ብቻ አይደለም በተግባር የውጤቱን ሥምረት አይቼዋለሁ።

በዚህም መሰረት 1ኛ/በምሳሌነት የሎንደንን ነዋሪዎች እና በጥሪያችን መሰረት የሚገኙትን ስናወዳድር በፐርሰንት ምን ያህሉ እንገኛለን???
በምን ምክንያት ነው የማይገኙት?እንዲገኙ ምን መደረግ አለበት???ጥፋቱ ከጥሪው ነው ከቦታው?ከቀኑ?ከጠሪው?ከአጠራሩ?ከመንግስት ፍራቻ?ከተቃዋሚዎች አለመግባባት ?እነዚህን የመሳሰሉ አበይት ርዕሶች በማንሳት በቂ ውይይቶች ሊደረጉ ይገባል???ይህ መሰረታዊና በጣም አስፈላጊ አዳዲስ ሃሳቦች የሚጠናከሩበት ይሆናል።

ስለዚህ መጀመሪያ እኔም እገኛለሁ ሌሎችንም ቁጠርና ባመቺ ቦታ እንገናኝ መጀመሪያ ይህንን ለመወጣት ከያንዳንዳችን አማካኝ ቀንና ሰዓት ወስነህ እንገናኝ።እንዳልከውም ጨዋታውን መቀየር እንችላለን።ጥሪ ስታደርግ የኢሃድግ ደጋፊም ሆነ ነቃፊ ሊመጡ ይችላሉ እኔ ራሴ አልታወቅም፤ትልቁ ቁምነገር መጀመሪያ የምትተዋወቁ የራሳችሁ ያሰራር ስልት አዝጋጅታችሁ መጠበቅ በግልፅ መጠየቅ እና ከስብሰባው ማስወጣት ከዚያም በስልቱ ላይ በመረረ ሁኔታ መወያየት ይገባል።እስኪ እግዚአብሔር ይጨመርበት።

For years, this autocratic regime has been playing games with the Ethiopian people through politically-motivated arrests of independent thinkers, politicians, leaders of all sorts, journalists, educators and activists, most always accompanied by false allegations and lofty democratic rhetoric meant to cover up their draconian actions in the eyes of others; particularly outsiders. The overall goal was certainly to deal harshly with any who would challenge their authoritarian control; hoping to create such an atmosphere of fear that the people would lose their courage; however, they also wanted to prevent the formation of a unified resistance and did so in two ways.
1. Advanced division, alienation and isolation through factional arrests
As long as arrests were made of key figures within a single ethnicity, religion, political group or other such sub-group, those who rallied for their release, were from the same groups. Other Ethiopians did not join them. As factionalized groups, they had little power to change anything and because those outside their groups did not seem to care, it often created more resentment and alienation against these other groups. For example, the Meles regime loved to target Oromos; arresting their leaders and accusing every Oromo of being a terrorist from the OLF. Lack of support from other groups simply drove them further into themselves as no one else seemed to care. This was part of Meles’ plan to isolate Oromos from the others and it has worked for too long because it fed into existing prejudices.
Within the Oromo population, the same thing has been promoted along religious lines to divide Christians and Muslims so the Oromos as a whole did not become more powerful. In the case of the marginalized people of Ethiopia, little notice was taken by anyone if arrests were made in Gambella, the Ogaden, in Afar, the South or Benishangul-Gumuz. If those in the mainstream called for the release of their own well-known political figures, those from the minority groups were rarely mentioned and remained unknown. This only increased the isolation of the minorities and the feeling they were on their own. In the case of the mainstream groups, arrests within their ranks received more attention from the media and again reinforced the lines of division. As long as all of these factions rallied independently, their efforts created almost no challenge to this regime.
2. Manipulation on the timing of arrests and releases are made to suit the regime’s political purposes; including for the purpose of diversion.
What this regime wants is to always give people an assignment to divert their attention from anything that might unite and empower them. Arrests fuel an atmosphere of fear—which is always to the regime’s advantage—but another advantage is that these arrests also create a time-limited surge of emotion and activity that ends when the person or persons are released. Until release, those in the Diaspora will join to advocate for that specific person or persons, like they have done for the Kinijit leaders, Teddy Afro and Birtukan Mideksa. Their release time is well-calculated politically and always occurs before the rallying cry becomes strong enough to actually threaten the regime. Once released, the fervor that united the public subsides and people quietly go back to their daily lives. This is the regime’s pattern and the people’s reaction to it has been almost automatic.
What is it that needs to be done to stop this game-playing?
What the Meles regime does not know is that there is work going on behind the scenes to counteract all of this, which at some point will be revealed to the public and may catch them by surprise. At that time they will be put to a test and will not have the luxury of inducing Ethiopians to play these games anymore. Our job now requires that we not focus all our attention or all our resources on an individual person and their individual release, but instead we Ethiopians must focus on unlocking the bars holding the entire country as prisoner. This includes people of every background and particularly those whose courage has made them a threat to this crumbling regime. We cannot be naïve anymore. We cannot fall for their games; for in doing so, we jeopardize the bigger struggle for freedom, justice and rights for all of us.

During the last twenty years, Meles has given us our assignment where we are to concentrate on one or a few persons at a time and only from within our own groups. Anyone can name the progression of many of these different people: Professor Asrat Weldeyes, Dr. Taye Weldesemayat, Ethiopian journalist assn; Professor Mesfin, the CUD leaders and Ms. Lalise Wodojo, Mr. Bashir Makhtal, Mr. Bekele Jirata, Mr. Jumma Rufaai, Mr. Sabeel Albakheet; Mr. Abera Yemaneab; Ms Aberash Berta; Major Adugna so on.
It is time for a paradigm shift. We must refuse to play by the TPLF rules. We must think more strategically rather than to emotionally react in a predictable way; all in line with the TPLF agenda. We must resist becoming diverted by the particulars when we must focus on what will bring real and lasting change; for once that comes, the rest will be resolved. The work being done behind the scenes is not only to rally to free these few brave people but our work is to free the whole country. We will not settle for anything less. Our future and that of our descendents and nation will not be decided on Washington time, London time or by anyone other than Ethiopians, working in sync with Almighty’s time.

ላለፉት ሃያ ዓመታት ህወሃት/ኢህአዴግ ያለማቋረጥ ጋዜጠኞችን፣ የፖለቲካ መሪዎችን፣ መምህራንን፣ ለውጥ ፈላጊዎችን፣ ተማሪዎችን፣ ወዘተ ሲያስር ቆይቷል፡፡ ይህንንም ሲያደርግ በተለይ ምዕራባውያንን ለማሳመን ሕግን ሽፋን ማድረጉ የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ ብቻ ሳይሆን ራሳቸው ምዕራባውያንን ጠንቅቀቀው አውቀውበታል፡፡ ካሰረ በኋላ የመክሰሻ “ወንጀል” እንደሚፈልግ፣ ቦምብ ራሱ እያፈነዳ ንጹሕ ኢትዮጵያውያንን እንደሚከስ፣ ወዘተ የአደባባይ ምስጢር ሆኗል፡፡ ነገር ግን የህወሃት/ኢህአዴግ መሪዎች በፍርሃት ተሸብበው የሚባንኑ በመሆናቸው ከእነርሱ ወጣ ያለ አስተሳሰብ አስበዋል ያሏቸውን ሁሉ ከማሰር፣ ሞራላቸውን ለመስበር ከመሞከር፣ ወኔያቸውን ከማገት፣ ወዘተ ቦዝነው አያውቁም፡፡ ኢትዮጵያ የጀግና መካን አይደለችምና መቼም ቢሆን አይሳካላቸውም፡፡ ሆኖ ግን ይህ አሠራራቸው አንድ የተቀናጀና የተባበረ ኃይል ብቅ እንዳይል በሚከተሉት ሁለት ምክንያቶች ሲያግት ቆይቷል፡፡
1. በ“ከፋፍለህ እሰር” ስልት የኢትዮጵያውያንን ልዩነትን በማስፋት፤
ታዋቂ ሰዎች በሚታሰሩበት በርካታ ኢትዮጵያውያን በመሰባበሰብ ተቃውሟቸውን ያሰማሉ፤ እንዲፈቱም ጥረት ያደርጋሉ፡፡ ነገር ግን ሁሉም ዓይነት ኢትዮጵያዊ ከሁሉም ብሔር በአንድ ድምጽ ወጥቶ ሳይሆን የሚታገለው በቁጥር ውሱን የሆኑ ብቻ ናቸው፡፡ ህወሃት ግን በዚህ የተካነ ስለሆነ የሁልጊዜ የጥቃት ዒላማዎቹ የኦሮሞ ተወላጆች ላይ በማነጣጠር አፈናውን፣ እስሩን፣ ግድያውን ይቀጥላል፡፡ ይህ ሲሆን የሚቃወመው ኃይል በአብዛኛው ኦሮሞዎች ብቻ ይሆናሉ፡፡ ከኦሮሞ ሕዝብም ክርስቲያኑን እና እስላሙን በመከፋፈል ህወሃት ተግባሩን ሲፈጽም የተቃዋሚውም ኃይል እየተከፋፈለ ስብጥሩም እየተመናመነ ይሄዳል፡፡ ከዚህ አልፎ ሰለባዎቹ በኢትዮጵያ በጣም አናሳ ከሆኑት ብሔሮች እንደ አፋር፣ ቤንሻንጉል፣ ጋምቤላ፣ ኦጋዴን አካባቢዎች እየሆነ ሲሄድ የተቃዋሚው ኃይል ከማነሱ የተነሳ ድርጊቱ እየተፈጸመ መሆኑን እስከ መርሳት ይደረሳል፡፡ በመሆኑም የህወሃት/ኢህአዴግ “ከፋፍለህ እሰረው” ዓላማ እየተሳካ የእኛም የተባበረ የተቃውሞ ኃይል እየተዳከመ ይሄዳል፡፡
2. በማሰርም ሆነ በመፍታት ተጠቃሚው ህወሃት/ኢህአዴግ መሆኑ፤
ህወሃት ሲያስር እኛ ስናስፈታ፤ ሲያስር – ስናስፈታ . . . በማያልቅ ጨዋታ ውስጥ እንገኛለን፡፡ ሲያስር ኃይላችን ይጠናከራል፤ የእርስበርስ ተቃውሟችን ይቀንሳል፤ ትብብራችን ይጎለብታል፤ ፍቅራችን ይጎመራል፤ . . . ሁኔታው አቅጣጫውን እየቀየረ ሲመጣ እንዲሁም ሌላ የፖለቲካ አጀንዳ ማስፈጸም ሲፈልግ ህወሃት ታሳሪዎቹን ይለቃል፡፡ እኛም እንተነፍሳለን፤ ስንተነፍስ እንላላለን፤ ትብብራችንና ኃይላችን ይረግባል፡፡ ይህ በተለያየ ጊዜ የተከሰተ እውነታ ነው – የቅንጅት አመራሮች፣ ቴዲ አፍሮ፣ ወ/ት ብርቱካን ሚደቅሳ፣ ወዘተ በታሰሩና ጊዜና ከተፈቱ በኋላ የሆነውን ቆም ብሎ ማጤኑ ይበጃል፡፡
የጨዋታውን አሰላለፍ እንዴት እንቀይር?
ህወሃትም ሆነ ሌላው ወገን ሁሉ ያልተረዳው ነገር ከበስተጀርባ የሚደረግ በርካታ ሥራ መኖሩን ነው፡፡ ይህም ሥራ ይፋ ሆኖ እንቅስቃሴው በሚቀጥልበት ጊዜ ጨዋታው በተመሳሳይ ሁኔታ ፈጽሞ አይቀጥልም፡፡ ስለሆነም ሥራችን ህወሃት/ኢህአዴግ በሚሰጠን የቤት ሥራ በመንቀሳቀስ እነርሱ ሲያስሩ እኛ ስናስፈታ የምንቀጥልበት ሁኔታ ሳይሆን የሁላችንም የትኩረት አቅጣጫ ኢትዮጵያን “ከነጻ አውጪው” ነጻ ማውጣት መሆን አለበት፡፡ ይህ ደግሞ የሁሉንም ኢትዮጵያዊ የተጠናከረና የሰከነ አስተሳሰብ ይጠይቃል፡፡ ድፍረታችን፣ ጀግንነታችንና ወኔያችን አካላዊ ብቻ ሳይሆን ሞራላዊ መሆን አለብን፡፡ በሁሉም መስክ ከፍተኛውን የሞራል ልዕልና መያዝ አለብን፡፡
የጋራ ንቅናቄያችን አመራር የሆኑት አቶ ፈቃደ ሰማኔ በአሁኑ ወቅት ያለውን ሁኔታ ሲያስረዱ “ህወሃት እኮ ኢትዮጵያን እንደ ቄራ ነው ያደረጋት፡፡ የቄራው ባለቤት በፈለገው ጊዜ እየመጣ የፈለገውን ከብት እያወጣ በተለይም ደግሞ አመጸኛውን እየነጠለ በማውጣት እንደሚያርድ ህወሃትም እንዲሁ ነው እያደረገ ያለው፡፡ አራጁ ይህንን ሲያደርግ ሌሎቹን ከብቶች ጸጥ እንዲሉ በማድረግ የበረቱን (የቄራውን) ሰላም እጠብቃለሁ በማለት አስቦ ሲሆን ለተወሰነ ጊዜም ከብቶቹ ጸጥ ይላሉ፡፡ ግን አይቆይም ሌላ አመጸኛ ደግሞ በረቱን ያናጋዋል፡፡ አራጁም ሥራውን ይቀጥላል፡፡ ከብቶቹ ተባብረው በረቱን ጥሰው ካልወጡ ወይም አመጻቸውን አቁመው ጸጥ እስካላሉ ድረስ ድርጊቱ አይቆምም፡፡ የኢትዮጵያ ሁኔታም ይኸው ነው፤ ኢትዮጵያውያን ግን ጸጥ የማይሉበት ጊዜ እየመጣ ነው፤ እንዲያውም አሁን እየሆነ ነው ማለት ይቻላል” ብለዋል፡፡
ወደኋላ ሄደን እንደ ቴዲ አፍሮ ዓይነት በሕዝብ ዘንድ የተወደደ ባለሙያ እናስብ፤ በአንድ የኪነት ውጤት በሁሉም ሰው ልብ ውስጥ መሥረጽ የቻለ ነበር፤ አሁን ግን ጸጥ ብሏል፡፡ ተመሳሳይ ነገር በቅንጅት አመራሮች ላይ ተፈጽሟል፤ አሁን ደግሞ በወ/ት ብርቱካን ላይ፡፡ ዓላማቸው ጸጥ ማሰኘት፤ መከፋፈል፤ ከአገር ማባረር፤ … ነው:: ይህን ተግባራቸውን ቀጥለውበታል እኛም የጨዋታውን ስልት ሳንቀይር መከተሉን ቀጥለንበታል፡፡ ከላይ አቶ ፈቃደ እንዳሉት በዚህ ሁኔታ የምንቀጥልበት ሁኔታ አይኖርም፤ ኢትዮጵውያንም በተመሳሳይ የአጨዋወት ስልት የተለየ ውጤት መጠበቅ ማቆም አለብን፡፡
የጨዋታውን አሰላለፍ ለመቀየርና ስኬታማ ተግባር ለመፈጸም ሁሉንም ተቃዋሚ ኃይላት በአንድ ማሰባሰብ ወይም አንድ ማድረግ አስፈላጊ ላይሆን ይችላል፡፡ ይህ ዓይነቱ አሠራር ካልሰራ እዚያ ላይ ሙጭጭ ማለቱ ውጤታማ አይሆንም፡፡ ከዚያ ይልቅ ግን በሁሉም የኅብረተሰብ ክፍል ተቀባይነት ያላቸውን ጥቂት ቅን ኢትዮጵያውያንን ቀልጣፋ፣ ፈጣን፣ ወሳኝና ተግባራዊ ለሆነ ሥራ በማሰማራት ኢትዮጵያን አሁን ካለው የህወሃት/ኢህአዴግ “የነጻ አውጪ ግምባር” አገዛዝና ወደፊት ሊመሰረት ከሚችል ሌላ አምባገነናዊ አገዛዝ መንጭቆ ማውጣት ነው፡፡ ለዚህ ተግባራዊነትም የግድ የቱኒሲያን ወይም የግብጽን ወይም የሊቢያን ወይም የየመንን ወዘተ መንገድ መከተል አያስፈልግም፡፡ የጥቁር ሕዝብ መመኪያ የሆነችው ኢትዮጵያ ሁልጊዜ የራሷ መንገድ ነው ያላት – ይህም አንዱና ብቸኛው የኢትዮጵያ መንገድ ነው!! ለዚህም የሚያስፈልገው “ከዘረኝነት ይልቅ ሰብዓዊነትን” የሚያስቀድም የመንፈስ ልዕልና እና አሻግሮ የሚያይ ራዕይ ነው፡፡
ወገኖቻችን የሆኑት እስክንድር ነጋ፣ አንዱአለም አራጌ፣ ውብሸት ታዬ፣ ርዕዮት ዓለሙ፣ በቀለ ገርባ፣ ኦልባና ሌሊሳ፣ ደበበ እሸቱ፣ ወዘተ ታላላቅ የፍትሕ አርበኞች ናቸው፡፡ ሆኖም ግን ኢትዮጵያ ሌሎች ያልተገጠመላቸው፣ ያልተጮኸላቸው፣ ስማቸው እስካሁን ያልተጠቀሰ፣ በርካታ ጀግኖች አሏት፡፡ ኢትዮጵያ የአካልም ሆነ የመንፈስ ጀግና ድሃ ሆና አታውቅም፡፡ እነዚህ ሁሉ ከተለያየ የዘር፣ የሃይማኖት፣ የህይወት መስመር፣ ወዘተ የመጡ ናቸው፡፡ እነዚህም ሆነ መላው ኢትዮጵያዊ ነጻ ሳይሆን አንዳችንም በውጭ የምንገኝ ኢትዮጵያውያን ነጻ መሆን አንችልም፡፡
ከላይ እንደጠቀስነው በፊት ለፊት የማይታይ ከበስተጀርባ የሚካሄድ በርካታ ሥራ አለ፡፡ይህም ሥራ እነዚህ ቆጥረን የማንዘልቃቸውን ጀግኖቻችን ከእስር ማስፈታት ብቻ ሳይሆን አገራችንን ከዘረኝነትና ከአምባገነንነት ማስፈታት ነው፡፡ ጊዜው የሚሆነውም በዋሽንግተን ሰዓት ወይም በለንደን ሰዓት ወይም በአውሮጳ ሰዓት ሳይሆን ከፈጣሪ የጊዜ ቀመር ጋር በተዋሃደው ብቸኛው በኢትዮጵያ ሰዓት ነው፡፡ ይህ እስከሚሆን ደግሞ አናርፍም፤ አንታክትም፤ ዝምም አንልም፡፡
